Can I add my extended family to my plan?
* Most Edirs cover the primary member, spouse, and unmarried children under a certain age (e.g., 21 or 24). Parents often require a separate "Associate" membership.
How much are the monthly/annual dues?
$ 30 per month.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Usually, there is a grace period (30–90 days), after which a late fee is applied or membership is suspended.
Is there an initiation fee for new members?
We charge a one-time "catch-up" fee or a flat registration fee to ensure equity with long-standing members.
What services does the Edir provide during a loss?
Financial payout for funeral expenses.
Coordination of "Lekeso" (mourning) logistics.
Provision of tents, chairs, or food service (if applicable).
How do I file a claim?

To ensure the sustainability of the Society and reduce administrative costs, we use a mandatory ACH Direct Debit system.
When: Dues are automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the [e.g., 1st or 15th] of every month.
One-Time Setup: You only need to complete the ACH Authorization Form once when you join.
